About these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and the operator of mom iptv named in our legal notice. By ordering a plan or using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
mom iptv gives you access to live TV channels, sport and on-demand films and series over the internet, watched through a third-party player app on your own device. We do not supply devices or player apps.
Channel line-ups and on-demand titles change over time and depend on availability. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, programme or event will be available, unless we have confirmed it to you in writing before you paid.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure that using the service is permitted where you live.
Orders, prices and payment
- Plans are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown on the website, in euros.
- Your plan starts when we activate your login and ends on the date stated in your activation message.
- Plans do not renew automatically. To continue, you place a new order before your end date.
- If your bank charges currency conversion or card fees, those are between you and your bank.
Your login
Your login is for your own household. You must not share it publicly, sell it, or let it be used on more screens at the same time than your plan allows. Logins used in breach of this rule may be suspended without refund.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for private, non-commercial viewing. In particular, you must not:
- show programmes publicly or in commercial premises such as bars, restaurants, shops or hotels;
- record, copy, rebroadcast or redistribute any content;
- try to access our systems in ways we have not provided, or interfere with the service for others;
- use the service in breach of the laws that apply where you live.
Availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but internet streaming depends on many networks and devices outside our control. Occasional interruptions, maintenance and changes to channels can happen. If a problem on our side lasts a long time, contact us and we will look at a fair solution, such as extending your plan.
Devices and third-party apps
Player apps, app stores and devices are provided by other companies under their own terms. Some player apps charge their own fees. We recommend apps in good faith, but we are not responsible for changes their developers make.
Suspension and ending the agreement
We may suspend or end a subscription if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken — for example, if a login is shared or resold. Where possible, we will contact you first and explain why. You can stop using the service at any time; refunds follow our refund policy and your statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that are caused by your device, connection or third-party apps.
Intellectual property
Programmes remain the property of their respective rights holders. Our name, logo and website content belong to mom iptv. If you believe content infringes your rights, please follow our DMCA and copyright policy. Read the copyright policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for, except where the law or security requires it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator named in our legal notice is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
