Last updated: 15 October 2026 Questions: [email protected]
In shortWe collect only what we need to answer you and run your subscription. We do not sell your data, and this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we collect
When you visit the website
Our hosting server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
When you contact us
- Contact form: your name, email address, topic, device and message.
- WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the messages and photos you send.
- Email: your email address and the content of your messages.
When you buy and use a subscription
- Your contact details, chosen plan, plan dates and payment confirmation.
- Your subscription login details and, for some apps, your device ID or MAC address.
- Basic connection information our streaming servers need to deliver the service and prevent misuse of logins.
Card payments are handled by the payment provider you use. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Why we use it and our legal bases
- To provide your subscription and support — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To answer questions before you buy — steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding.
- To keep the website and service secure — our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and account sharing.
- To keep accounting records — compliance with our legal obligations.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
International transfers
Some of the providers above, and our own support team, may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, and we choose providers with strong security practices.
How long we keep it
- Support conversations: while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can help if you return.
- Contact form messages from non-customers: up to 12 months.
- Payment and accounting records: for as long as tax law requires.
- Server logs: a short period for security, normally no more than 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we no longer need to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- send your data to you or another provider in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — for example the ICO in the UK, the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or the authority in your country.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection, access to customer data is limited to the people who need it, and we will never ask for your passwords or banking codes. Please keep your subscription login private.
Children
Our service is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16; if you believe a child has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the information.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.

Suggested text: Our website address is: http://momiptvhd.com.
Comments
Suggested text: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
Suggested text: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Suggested text: Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Suggested text: If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Suggested text: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
