In shortSend a complete notice to our copyright contact by email. We review every valid notice promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material.
Our approach
mom iptv responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws elsewhere. We accept notices from rights holders in any country.
What a notice must include
To be valid, your notice must contain:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
- identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it (for example, the channel name, programme title, date and time, or URL);
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Where to send it
Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright notice”.
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we review it, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and confirm to you what we have done. Incomplete notices may delay our response; we will tell you what is missing.
Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address including: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
False notices
Knowingly sending false information in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, please take legal advice first.
