How payment works
- You choose a plan on the website and tap “Order”, which opens a WhatsApp chat with our official number and your plan already written in.
- We reply from that number to confirm the plan and price and send you the payment details.
- Once your payment is confirmed, we send your activation message with your login and plan dates.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are confirmed on WhatsApp when you order, and the details are always sent from our official number or email address.
Card payments are processed by the payment provider, not by us — we never see or store your full card number. Prices are in euros; if your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount.
What we will never ask for
- Your card PIN or the three-digit code typed into a chat message
- Your online banking password or one-time security codes from your bank
- Remote access to your phone or computer
- Payment by gift cards or vouchers
Warning signs of someone pretending to be us
- A message from a number other than ours, especially if they contacted you first.
- Prices far below or different from those on our website.
- Pressure to pay immediately, or threats that your account will be closed.
- Requests to pay on a website other than momiptvhd.com.
If anything feels wrong, stop and message our official number before paying.
Keep your records
Keep your payment confirmation and our activation message. Together they are your receipt and help us find your order quickly if you need support or a refund.
