Refund Policy

When a refund applies

• The service does not work on a compatible device, and we have not been able to fix it with you.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You paid but we were unable to activate your subscription.

When a refund does not usually apply

• A change of mind after the refund window above has passed and the service has been working.
• Problems caused by a home connection below our published requirements, or by a device we told you before purchase was not recommended.
• A channel or event becoming unavailable, unless we specifically confirmed it to you in writing before you paid.
• Suspension because a login was shared, resold or used against our terms of use.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may also have a separate right to cancel within 14 days — see the right of withdrawal below.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with:

• the date you paid and your payment reference;
• the WhatsApp number or email address you ordered with;
• your device and app, and what went wrong.

If the problem looks fixable, we may first suggest a solution — you are free to decline and continue with the refund request.

How and when you are paid

Approved refunds are paid back using the same payment method you used, without fees from our side, within 14 days of our approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money in your account. We will confirm in writing whether a full or partial refund applies and why.

Your right of withdrawal

Consumers in the UK and EU have a legal right to cancel distance purchases within 14 days. How that works for a service that starts straight away is explained on our right of withdrawal page.
