Your right to cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with mom iptv within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded — the day we confirmed your order.
If your subscription started straight away
Most customers ask us to activate their subscription immediately rather than wait 14 days. When you do, you agree that the service starts during the withdrawal period.
You can still cancel within the 14 days, but we may deduct an amount in proportion to the service provided up to the moment you told us you were cancelling. For example, if you cancel a one-month plan after seven days, the deduction covers roughly those seven days.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw — by email to [email protected] or by WhatsApp message. You can use the model form below, but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 14 days end.
Your refund
We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. Your login is deactivated when the withdrawal is processed.
Beyond the 14 days
After the withdrawal period, our refund policy still applies, and your statutory rights if the service is not as described are not affected.
